Montaigu de Quercy is a commune in the French department of Tarn-et-Garonne, the most famous towns nearby are Cahors, Montauban, Agen (TGV), Villeneuve-sur-Lot.

The region is known for its wines (Bergerac, Bordeaux, Cahors), its fruit orchards, plums, nuts, foie gras, confit de canard, sunflower fields, … and is dotted with numerous medieval towns (Bastides) where it is nice to stay.
